What’s the best way to enjoy food? We think that cooking, eating and sharing food with others is the best.
Eating with others is a great way to spend time with the people you love, or to get to know new friends. Christmas, Sunday roasts or summer BBQs – we all enjoy eating with others for these events. But how about Friday lunch or Tuesday dinners too?
MOO Food believes in celebrating the joy of food by sharing meals whenever you can.
Sharing food brings families together. Meal times can be a wonderful opportunity for families to sit down together, share their day’s activities and enjoy each other’s company (without those phones getting in the way!)
Sharing food can be a great way to combat loneliness and social isolation too. Have you ever cooked an extra portion and invited an elderly neighbour round for dinner? Try it.
And how about trying a new food you’ve never had before? Cook a new meal with a friend or partner, and see how you get on. You’ll have a lot of fun and be proud of your meal when it’s ready.
Eating good food brings our community together – with community lunches, street parties, village BBQs and apple days in the orchard. But eating good food also benefits our bodies and minds too. So we can live happy, healthy lives together.
