Eating with others is a great way to spend time with the people you love, or to get to know new friends. Christmas, Sunday roasts or summer BBQs – we all enjoy eating with others for these events. But how about Friday lunch or Tuesday dinners too?

Sharing food brings families together. Meal times can be a wonderful opportunity for families to sit down together, share their day’s activities and enjoy each other’s company (without those phones getting in the way!)

Eating good food brings our community together – with community lunches, street parties, village BBQs and apple days in the orchard. But eating good food also benefits our bodies and minds too. So we can live happy, healthy lives together.
